Liverpool Compact EBP can organise an ‘Education Showcase’ at your school.

It's an ideal way for local business leaders to gain an insight into your school’s priorities, meet the staff and students and explore the very tangible benefits of Education and Business working together.

How do they work?

• We will invite local business leaders for an “after hours” networking event & buffet at your school. The event is normally held at about 3.30pm.
• A representative from Liverpool Compact EBP will introduce the event and explain how businesses can benefit from supporting school students with Work Experience Placements, Visits to Industry and other Work Related Learning and Enterprise activities.
• The Head Teacher will make a short presentation about your school and how you are preparing and equipping your students with skills for the workplace.
• A student or students have the opportunity to give a short address to the employers, perhaps about their experience of a Work Experience Placement and what they learnt, or their thoughts on the benefits of a business working with their school.
